After we learned of your computer problems, we find that the computer you buy from us, experiencing damage to the VGA and power supply from your computer that does not match the specifications of which resides in your computer.
We sympathize with you and so sorry you are experiencing difficulties. We promise to replace your computer with a new line with the existing warranty. You can bring your computer to our company, and we will replace with new.
