Complaint Letter

Dear Sir,
Computer first 1902 – may 25th


I want to complain about the computer that I bought on 23 May. After my first turn the computer on, the computer runs normally. But after I turn the computer on the second day, computers were damaged.
I can not explain the damage to the computer because I could not contact your company. I think there is damage on this computer in VGA is not good, so the computer can not be lit.
I would appreciate if my computer can be replaced with new ones, in accordance with the guarantees that have been agreed upon previously. I hope to receive an answer from this complaint letter.
